Bill Power FIPF AFIAP

Joined Mallow Camera Club in September 2010. Mallow Camera Club Photographer of the Year 2013, 2014 and 2015. Bill was awarded a Licentiateship by the Irish Photographic Federation in May 2012 and an Associateship in September 2012. He was awarded the distinction of Fellowship by the Irish Photographic Federation in September 2014.In 2015, he was awarded the distinction of Artiste (AFIAP) by the Federation of International Art Photography. Bill has won over 65 international competition awards including 13 gold medals from the FIAP, PSA, UPI; as well as silver medals from various organizations including FIAP, PSA, Image Sans Frontieres and various salons in 17 countries. He has also won several gold, silver and bronze medals from the Irish Photographic Federation and the Southern Association of Camera Clubs. He currently has over 1,100 acceptances from 40 countries. Bill is interested in all styles including nature, portraiture, fine art nude, creative digital and macro.

POSTPONED

Sunday's planned photo trip in the Mallow area has been postponed because of a rather dreadful weather forecast. There's no point in getting your gear or yourselves unneccessarily wet. We'll organise a new date as soon as possible. See you all on Monday night.
