CLUB BACK IN ACTION

We had a super turn out at our first meeting back after the summer break. The club programme for the year ahead was outlined by the club chairman, Bill Power, and by the vice-chair, Viv Buckley, who did trojan work pulling it all together. We have some exciting activities planned in the months ahead, and the programme will be posted here at the weekend. Afterwards, members got to show as selection of images they took over the summer and, or course, enjoy the chat over a cup of tea or coffee.

Meanwhile, the two immediate upcoming events are
OUTDOOR PHOTO SHOOT IN MALLOW, Sunday next, 13th September. Meet outside the Church of Ireland church gates at 10.30am. Bring all the usual equipment.

SEASCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY TALK by John Hooton, FIPF, at the club meeting on Monday night next, 14th September at 8pm. John will be advising members on the dos and don’ts, as well as sharing some of his vast experience in this popular genre of photography.

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings which are held every Monday night, 8 to 10pm, in the Mercy Centre, Fair Street, Mallow.
