The club’s annual general meeting will be held on Monday, 19th October at 8pm. All members are urged to attend the meeting and to take part in decisions that will advance the club in the year ahead.

The main business of the AGM will be to review the huge progress made by the club in the last year. This includes 14 distinctions being awarded to club members – nine LIPFs, three AFIAPs, an AIPF and an ARPS. Individual members of the club have won a very significant number of awards in regional, national and international competitions since last October. The club has also performed very well in regional and national club competitions.

Other main activities will include elections to fill five officer and seven committee positions. Please note that only paid up members can vote at the meeting. There will be elections to the committee because ten people have been nominated to fill seven vacancies.

Afterward the main business of the meeting has concluded, Viv and Jer Buckley will show photographs from their recent trip to Iceland.
