Mallow Camera Club is delighted to host a talk by award winning photographer Eimhear Collins on Monday night next, 09 February 2015.
Eimhear lives in Drogheda, County Louth and photography has been her passion for the last four years.
To quote from Eimhear’s website:
“Since 2011 photography has opened a whole new world for me, and I’m so blessed to be doing what I love. One reason I love it is because I have met so many new people from all over, and I am grateful to have these people in my lifeâ€.
Eimhear goes on to say:
“Photography to me means evoking emotions through my images. I want people to feel something when looking at my photographs, to stir something within. Happiness, sadness, calm…feeling it in the soulâ€.
Eimhear loves all aspects of photography but is particularly drawn to seascapes, nautical photography and water in general.
If you’re serious about photography this is a night not to be missed.
Eimhear’s images can be seen at www.eimhearcollins.ie
The talk will take place in the Mercy Centre, Mallow at 8:00 p.m.
There will be a small cover charge of €5 on the door. Other clubs are invited to attend.
